It was the day of my dad's doctor appointment. While he was attending his check-up and tests, I seized the opportunity to explore nearby cafes. That's when I stumbled upon a charming cafe renowned for its delightful selection of homemade scones. Being a fan of scones, I found myself torn between choices. Eventually, I settled on a cheese scone and a plain scone.

Engaging in conversation with the owner, I learned about her journey from nursing to pursuing her passion for coffee. Feeling burnt out by nursing and wanting a change, she followed her dream to open a cafe. It was nice to hear her story while enjoying a peaceful morning at her cafe.
