I had packed essentials like skincare products, a MacBook, and an iPad, but found myself short on stylish outfits for a meetup with friends. That’s when the jacket caught my eye. I exclaimed, “Mom, this jacket is so cute, and I’ve never seen you wear it!” She replied, “That jacket doesn’t suit my style anymore. If you want, you can have it.”

After returning to New York, the jacket sat untouched in my closet for a year. However, its true essence emerged as I was getting ready for a date with my boyfriend.
