LA Coffee Bars

Great White | All day cafe - Venice Beach

“Are we not going to EAT food in LA?” I only see all the cafes on our LA trip docs.”, My friend said.

Before our LA trip, my friend and I brainstormed about our plans, creating a Google Doc jam-packed with spots for food, coffee, and whatever else crossed our minds. Michelle, an Orange County native jet-setting between LA and NY, enjoys all types of food and is okay with whatever food. She let me curate the list based solely on my interests. So, I filled it up.

Maru Coffee - LOS FELIZ

A week before our flight we gathered to pick our must-visit spots. Michelle glanced at the list and asked, "Are we not going to eat real food in LA?"
I was like, "Huh?" Turns out, she thought we were skipping full meals for just coffee and pastries. She's all about enjoying a variety of meals, not just snacks. We had a good laugh over my coffee-centric list. So, Maru is one of the top LA cafes I geeked out on and totally recommend! At the end of this post, you can find more lists of cafes I’d try again.
