Black yet Vibrant

I'm in the mood to bring no colors for my outfit today. Okay, let's do chic black.

I still almost work from home. Unless my director asks me to come to the office, I work from home. I like working from home because it gives me more flexibility in managing time. Working from home has more benefits — saving time, energy, and money.

In my last meeting, my director said, "Why don't you come to our office to work on this next week?” After a quick sec of debating in my head, I was just like , "Sure, okay." I got excited to walk around the city early in the morning to breathe in relatively fresh air, compared to the one during rush hours. Unlike the excitement, I was too lazy to mix and match outfits for my office day. So I grabbed black items -- a long black coat, a high-neck knit, and a black tote bag. Then, I added a pair of straight blue jeans and an oversized white shirt. I brought my black velvet headband from my drawer for an add-on. One of my personal tips on wearing black is adding a layer in a different color that goes under the top, especially for oversized items such as hoodies and knits. If it's all black, my face could look dull, and the entire outfit seems boring.

Culture Espresso Beans

It was a pleasant day spent with my colleagues, savoring coffee talk after lunch added a touch of joy. I also picked up a bag of coffee beans from a cafe I visited earlier that morning. Although my attire leaned towards shades of black and dark hues, my day was filled with vibrancy and color.
